Professional pressures & unhealthy eating habits left Vinay with no choice of seriously looking at options for improving his overall health. Before he could do so, a severe back injury made him think twice about starting any form of physical exercise.
Defying all his challenges to start leading a healthy life, Vinay started Running and exercising with an advice from his doctor to take breaks if his back hurts without having a feeling of giving up. Vinay today regularly runs 5-10 kms thrice in a week along with his running community , Jayanagar Jaguars. He credits Coach Pramod Deshpande for guiding him through this journey. To Vinay's credit is already few 10k runs and One Half Marathon.
